We invite you to the 11th edition of CEE Shopping Center Forum & Awards on 8th September 2010
Year 2009 was one of the most difficult in the history of shopping centres market in Poland. Current year does not seem to be better either: 30 per cent less retail space has been put into operation than last year. The low activity of developers is also predicted for the next year. Inhibition of market development grow rate is especially visible in smaller towns.
Having good years 2006-2008 in the background the situation of tenants has deteriorated as well. Revenues have decreased, retail chains have passed on new localizations.
“I wish you more interesting time in life – it is probably the best chosen characteristics of the current market situation” – Maciej Krzewinski, Chairman of ECC Property Management, says in “Shopping Centres Market in Poland 2010” – the report which has been prepared by the journalists of retailnet.pl and Shopping Center Poland magazine. If and when “interesting time” is over? What can we expect during the next few dozen months? We will be looking for answers for the above questions during the 11th edition of Shopping Center Forum conference. We hope the speeches of 20 speakers and panelists will create a good ground for wider debate along with the attendance of all participants. In February the number of 274 people took part in Forum. We wish for even larger number of participants will meet in September.
Feel invited to the 11th edition of CEE Shopping Center Forum!
